Warranty Policy
One Year Limited Warranty
WARRANTY COVERAGE
This product is warranted by AudioSource Electronics’ against defects in materials and workmanship. Except where restricted by law, this warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new product (“Original Customer” or “You”), and applies only to the new product (the “Product”). The Product must be purchased from an authorized retailer in the United States (including Puerto Rico). The Product must also be located in the country where it was purchased at the time of warranty service.
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD
This warranty will last for a period of one (1) year from the date of the Original Customer purchase ("the Warranty Period").
SCOPE OF WARRANTY
For the Warranty Period, AudioSource Electronics customer service provider determines this Product or any of its parts are defective in material or workmanship, AudioSource Electronics’ will, at its sole discretion and option: (i) provide to the Original Customer at no charge new or rebuilt replacement parts to exchange for defective parts, (ii) supply to the Original Customer at no charge a new or refurbished comparable product in exchange for the Product, or (iii) refund the original purchase price to the Original Customer (excluding sales tax, store credit, recycling fee, shipping and handling fees, etc.).
OUT OF WARRANTY
If service of products or parts is required after the Warranty Period expires, you must pay all labor, parts charges, and shipping and handling fees if applicable.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND OPT OUT
UNLESS YOU HAVE BROUGHT AN ELIGIBLE CLAIM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT OR HAVE OPTED OUT AS DESCRIBED BELOW, ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR AUDIOSOURCE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS WARRANTY, A BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, OR THE AUDIOSOURCE PRODUCT SALE, CONDITION OR PERFORMANCE, WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. AUDIOSOURCE AND YOU AGREE THAT NO PARTY WILL HAVE THE RIGHT OR AUTHORITY FOR ANY DISPUTE TO BE LITIGATED AS A CLASS ACTION, A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR IN ANY OTHER PROCEEDING IN WHICH EITHER PARTY ACTS OR PROPOSES TO ACT IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER, THEN: (1) you must notify AudioSource Electronics in writing within sixty (60) days of the date that you purchased the product; (2) your written notification must be mailed to AudioSource Electronics, Providence Way, Eastvale, CA, 92880, Attn: Legal Department; and (3) your written notification must include (a) your name, (b) your address, (c) the date you purchased the product, and (d) a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the binding class action waiver.

Please call the AudioSource Electronics’ customer service and support Team at 1 (800) 243-0409 to obtain Warranty Service and troubleshooting information. You can also email us at: support@veltechusa.com. You should be prepared to present a copy of your original receipt or similar proof of purchase. You should also be prepared to provide the product model number and serial number and the date of your original purchase. If your claim arises within the 30-day (or longer if applicable) return period authorized by your retailer, you are advised to return the Product to the retailer for exchange or refund in order to obtain prompt exchange or refund.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
THIS WARRANTY COVERS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP ENCOUNTERED IN THE NORMAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE OF THE PRODUCT, AND DOES NOT COVER (A) COSMETIC DAMAGE; (B) FAILURES OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY CONTACT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FOOD, BEVERAGE, LIQUIDS, GELS OR PASTES; (C) DAMAGE DUE TO WEATHER, LIGHTNING, AND OTHER ACTS OF GOD, SUCH AS POWER SURGES; (D) ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE; (E) IMPROPER INSTALLATION; (F) DAMAGE DUE TO INCORRECT OPERATION OR MAINTENANCE; (G) CUSTOMER MISUSE /ABUSE/ NEGLIGENCE; (H) CUSTOMER ADJUSTMENTS/ MODIFICATION; (I) COMMERCIAL USE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO USE IN A PLACE OF BUSINESS OR IN COMMUNAL AREAS OF A MULTIPLE DWELLING CONDOMINIUM OR APARTMENT COMPLEX, OR OTHERWISE USED IN A PLACE OF OTHER THAN A PRIVATE HOME; (J) DISPLAY PANEL DAMAGED BY STATIC (NON-MOVING) IMAGES APPLIED FOR LENGTHY PERIODS (BURN-IN); (K) SCREEN DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER SHIPPING OR HANDLING; (L) ATTEMPTED REPAIR BY ANY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS; (M) CONSUMABLES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BATTERIES (I.E. AA, AAA, C ETC.); (N) SIGNAL RECEPTION OR INTERNET SPEED PROBLEMS NOT CAUSED BY THE TV; (O) THE FACTORY-APPLIED SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN ALTERED, DEFACED, OR REMOVED FROM THE PRODUCT; (P) PRODUCT SOLD IN “AS-IS”, “USED”, “RENEWED,” “FACTORY RECONDITIONED”, “FACTORY RE-CERTIFIED”, OR “REFURBISHED.” THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF AND SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR GENERAL USE, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, COLLATERAL, STATUTORY, OR PROVIDED BY COMMON LAW, THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE OR OTHERWISE. THE CUSTOMER'S RECOVERY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. AUDIOSOURCE ELECTRONICS FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AFTER THE END OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASED THE PRODUCT, AND IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE. THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS TO THE WARRANTY APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND UNLESS RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW. WHERE ANY TERM OF THIS WARRANTY IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IT SHALL BE NULL AND VOID, BUT THE REMAINDER OF THIS WARRANTY SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT.
