The AudioSource AD1002 is a compact, efficient and reliable 2-channel digital amplifier ideal for home audio zones, passive TV setups, or secondary distributed audio systems. Whether used in stereo or bridged mono mode, the AD1002 offers clean output power — 50 watts per channel into 8 ohms, 75W into 4 ohms, or 160W bridged into a single 8-ohm speaker.
With automatic input switching between MAIN and INTERRUPT, prioritizing whichever source is active, making it perfect for setups where a local TV or media device should override background music. Dual speaker zone outputs (A/B) allow for one or two pair connections, with simple front-panel switching.
It also includes multiple power modes: manual on/off, signal-sensing Auto-On, or 12V trigger activation. Rear bass and treble controls offer +/–12dB adjustment, and front panel volume and balance controls provide quick tuning without needing a separate preamp.
